Attorney Shabazz is the founder and partner of The Shabazz Firm. Her solo practice focuses on family law, personal injury, criminal law, landlord/tenant, criminal law and civil litigation.
Attorney Shabazz is a cum laude graduate of Georgia State University. Herrittaccei completed her degree in Health and Human Sciences concentrating on Biology and Criminal Justice studies.
Attorney Shabazz received her law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law “FAMU”. Prior to graduating from FAMU, Herrittaccei received certified legal clearance from the Supreme Court of Florida to practice law in the State of Florida. Herrittaccei completed (2) externships and volunteered at (2) organizations vastly contributing to the Orlando community. She began her commitment to the less fortunate in the community by providing legal intake at the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association assisting with Divorces, Bankruptcy and Landlord-Tenant cases. She also volunteered with Lutheran Services of Florida, providing assistance for immigrants, refugee settlers and victims of human trafficking. During her last year at FAMU, she completed an extensive externship for Seminole County Defender’s Office where she co-chaired several criminal trials. Attorney Shabazz also was able to provide assistance to parents seeking custody rights, child support and divorces during her legal clinic externship sponsored by FAMU.
Attorney Shabazz is an independent attorney who is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. She has independently worked with many other major law firms on criminal law, personal injury and family law cases. She has also collaborated with other firms on mass litigation cases concerning mass torts; construction litigation; Hill Burton Act and Title VI of Civil Rights Act of 1964. Her practice is grounded in passion, trust and clarity of dealing with life issues. She will only do her best to make sure that your best interests are protected.
